The Cashier class application is designed to keep track of the collection and spending of funds for the general needs of a school class, a group in a kindergarten or other permanent childrens collective.
The collection and expenses are recorded in terms of goals.
The system allows each parent to choose which goals he will participate in financing and to control the targeted spending of money.Class checkout is a multi-user system in which all class data is available to all parents included in this class, and each parent can get answers to questions at any time: • How much money is in the cash register now and which parent has it?
• How much money was spent during the selected period and what was it spent on?
• How much money and for what purposes did this or that parent contribute to the cashier, and what part of it and for what purposes was spent?
• For what purposes is the money being collected now?All this gives parents complete information and allows them to make a decision on participation or refusal to participate in financing certain events.The cash register of the class is intended only for keeping records and agreeing on the total expenses of the parents in the class.
It does not process payments and is not affiliated with banks or other payment systems.
The system does not ask for payment details or other personal information.Each user of the system can be included in several classes, and can also create their own classes and invite other users to them.
If some of the parents are unable to join the class, the system allows the class administrator to enter information on behalf of these parents.
